1. Returns
1.1 Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 4 to 5 days of the delivery date.
- if refund is approved the amount was credite in benificery account with in 4 to 5 days
- To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In their original condition with tags attached
- In the original packaging
1.2 Non-Returnable Items
- Due to hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
- Lingerie (such as panties, shapewear, and bras) that have been worn or tried on directly against the skin
- Clearance or sale items
- Gift cards
2. Return Process
2.1 Steps to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer service team at or call 8287330966 to request a return authorization.
- Provide your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return.
- Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions for sending the product back.
2.2 Shipping Costs for Returns
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
3. Refunds
3.1 Refund Eligibility
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return requirements.
- Refunds will only be issued for eligible items.
3.2 Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 4 to 5 days of receiving the returned item.
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
3.3 Non-Refundable Fees
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Any customs duties or taxes paid are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or sent in error.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Provide photos of the damaged item along with your order details.
